We had a fantastic experience working with Mark Szabo and his team from Custom Design and Build. Our deck of 35 years needed to be replaced and he came highly recommended. In our initial consult, Mark attended to our concerns and offered his thoughts in a thorough and laid-back manner. Custom Design & Build provided a deck for me, and I could not be happier. I was very impressed with how quick and clean construction was, and at the same Mark and his crew would take the time to provide information with me during every step of the project. I look forward to using my new deck to relax and entertain during holidays. If you're in the market for a deck at least consider them like I initially did for options and design choices.
Mark and Co. were professional before, during and after. Was concerned about designing the deck with a large staircase that would have to wrap around. Mark delivered a condensed staircase that didn't have to wrap and worked great for our needs. Would recommend CD&B for anyone looking for deck or other projects around your home.
I would absolutely recommend Custom Design Build to anyone. Mark and his staff installed an aluminum ceiling under my deck and did a wonderful job. Thank you Custom Build and Design for replacing my old worn deck with a beautiful new 36ft wood deck. We love it!!!!From the 1st phone call to the last nailed placed, everything was professionally planned and executed.On the day the crew started I could not be home, (my husband was having surgery). When I arrived home after a very long day I was pleasantly surprised as to how much was accomplished.The crew were very respectful of our property especially my gardens.As promised the project was completed on time, and my husband was able to recuperate and sit in the sun on our new beautiful deck.I highly recommend Mark and all of the Custom Design and Build team.
